yes, Kurt, i have seen buildings side by side before, but decisions need to be made on a case by case basis. if there are any health and safety threats and/or accessibility deficiencies, and/or compliance issues, people have the right to rely on outside agencies to objectively examine all the issues and make an unbiased decision.
