- How Keen Is Crain? February 2023 – Open Air should be permanent.
- Open Air – To Survey Or Not To Survey; That Was The Debate. Crain was sole opposition to Open Air Survey of Residents August 2023
- Crain’s November 2024 motion to continue Open Air in the same format and continue it for the remaining term of this council. And the reason he believes they should make this amendment is that it avoids having to continue to debate this until 2026.
- Crain was part of the team that created the THRIVE Open Air white paper; from the THRIVE website, ‘We believe that it should be a permanent summer feature.’
